Refund Policy:

The policy of Eastern Shore Flag Football is to issue no refunds after a child has played in a sanctioned game or practice. Full refunds are only processed if they are requested before team rosters are set and jerseys ordered.

Combining Divisions:

Eastern Shore Flag Football reserves the right to combine age divisions if there are not enough players in one division to fill enough teams. This is at our discretion, and no refunds will be issued due to Eastern Shore Flag combining divisions.


Friend and/or Coaching Request:

Eastern Shore Flag will do our best to honor as many request as possible. There will be no refunds issued for friend and/or coaching request that we were unable to honor. Our first priority has always been to set teams as competitive as possible.
